Hi,
In flight.hxx, what was the intended difference between
v_local_v and v_local_rel_ground_v ?
Is v_local_v the velocity of the body wrt inertial expressed in
vehicle carried frame (NED)? v_bi_v?
I assume that v_local_rel_ground_v is the velocity of the body
wrt earth surface expressed in the same frame (v_be_v)?
If that is the case, it would be preferrable to have the net_fdm variables
v_north, v_east, and v_down map to v_local_rel_ground_v[] (v_be_v)
Then the velocity vector on the hud can be driven externally by net_fdm,
which is the real motive behind this question.
Thanks,
Krish
